Privacy policy

In short: Revora PDF does not collect, store or send any personal data. The app works fully offline on your computer.

Your documents

The PDF files and images you open in Revora PDF are processed only on your computer. They are never uploaded, copied to a server or shared with us or anyone else.

No accounts, no tracking

Revora PDF has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting. The app does not connect to the internet. The only exception is when you click a link yourself (for example to this website or the source code), which opens in your web browser.

What is stored on your computer

The app saves your preferences locally on your computer: interface language, last used tool settings, your note templates, your saved signatures and the last opened folder and page. This information never leaves your computer. When you uninstall the Microsoft Store version, it is removed together with the app.

OCR

Text recognition (OCR) uses the free Tesseract engine installed on your own computer. Pages are recognized locally and are not sent anywhere.

Purchases

Purchases and free trials are handled by the Microsoft Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Microsoft's handling of your data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Children

Revora PDF does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
